The natural landscape of the river and the valley with its colors, give birth to the present name, the place where always, since the beginning of time, autumns turn to gold…Los Mimbres.
It was installed in a former farmhouse owned by Don David Beynon Williams and Gwen Jones, who in 1879 get 100 hectare from the English colony of Chubut. They baptized it “Pant y Celyn”. In 1988 only 53 hectares where bought by the Plust family, who adopted the Patagonia to live and opened their doors to rural tourism.

More than 20 years in the field back our broad expertise in nautical services, such as certified scuba divers, undersea baptisms, scubadiving courses for all levels and special services.
Aquatours is registered in the Province of Chubut, Argentina. It has been chosen by documentary producers and national and international scientists. It is the first and only PADI 5 stars educational resort in Argentina.

On the shores of San Matías Gulf in Punta Norte wildlife reserve at Peninsula Valdés, Estancia San Lorenzo is home for a Magellan penguin colony with over 250,000 members. People visiting San Lorenzo will enjoy the interpretative path of the colony, Cañadon de los Fósiles (a large mountain valley where ancient fossils can be found), the Visitors Center and the dining area where you can try the famous Patagonian lamb cooked over open fire.
